The Performance Improvement Plan
The Analytical Investigation must be undertaken in the following contexts:
as a choreographer
as a coach
as a leader
as an official
as an organiser
as a performer
For example- as a choreographer
improving solo dance performance through structured observation and feedback
For example as a coach
a six session series to improve the passing ability of the year 7 netball squad
Each candidate is required to focus on one context only. The piece of coursework should take five sections as separate headings. These are:
AUDIT- Establishing current level of performance
PLANNING- how performance is to be improved
IMPLEMENTATION- obtaining the evidence by using your plan
ANALYSIS- using the evidence to demonstrate the effectiveness of the plan
EVALUATION- a critical review of the whole process
